Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed. 

We have sent you an email with all the details of your booking.

If you have selected to receive SMS messages you will also have received your booking details by text. Our assessor will also send you a text message when they are on their way to you with an ETA.

The length of your appointment can vary between 20 mins to 1 hour, however the majority of appointments last about 30 mins. Some houses take longer because they are bigger but smaller houses can also take longer if they have paticular features that an assessor needs to spend more time documenting.
