• Recommendations for improvement included within an EPC are generated automatically by the SAP methodology and are provided for guidance only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a full survey or specialist advice from a qualified energy consultant, heating engineer, or other relevant professional.
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any works undertaken on the basis of EPC recommendations. You should obtain independent professional advice before committing to any improvement works.
• Our assessors can only record improvements to the property where sufficient evidence is available at the time of the appointment. We are not liable for any impact on the EPC rating resulting from improvements that could not be evidenced in accordance with the required standards.
